Approaching from Melbourne travelling north up the Hume Highway

Directions to “Daisyburn” approaching from Melbourne travelling north up Hume Highway:
Follow the Hume Highway to the Puckapunyal turn off to the left near Seymour. Drive in the direction of Puckapunyal.

After about two or three kms you will come to a sign at a T junction (it looks more like a Y junction to some). Turn left at this point on the Seymour/Pyalong Road. You will pass the Hilldene CFA and some tea rooms on your right.

KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR KANGAROOS AND WALLABIES WHICH CAN CROSS THE ROAD UNEXPECTEDLY.

The next road on your right will be Stoney Creek Road followed by Ashes Bridge Road on your left, Mitchell’s Creek Road on your right, Speed Road on your right and then Daisyburn Road on your right. Daisyburn Road is clearly marked and is an obvious T junction at a big gum tree. Turn right into Daisyburn Road.

You have about another 5.4 kms to go along Daisyburn Road until you arrive at “Daisyburn” Homestead.

You will pass Clydesdale Road on your right, a flood marker on your left and then Basset’s Lane on your right. Not far to go.

Look out for “Daisyburn” Homestead on your right. There is a sign at the front and a big white fence. If you pass McGinty’s Lane on your left and reach the bitumen again, turn back as you will have gone too far.
