Approaching from Melbourne travelling north up the Northern Highway via Wallan and Kilmore

Directions to “Daisyburn” approaching from Melbourne travelling north up the Northern Highway via Wallan and Kilmore:

Drive through Kilmore and up the Northern Highway towards Heathcote. You will be travelling on bitumen all the way except for the last 1.5kms.

Fourteen kilometres from Kilmore you will come to a crossroads sign and a multi-signed signpost. A sign will point you to Glenaroua, eleven kilometres away. Turn right off the highway into Whitegate Road. Whitegate Road is a long and winding bitumen road. You will drive through crossroads and then over a bridge before you reach a T junction with the Seymour /Pyalong Road.

Turn right and continue until you come to a very tight corner with houses on all sides and a sign which says Glenaroua. Continue on and you will pass John’s Road on your right and shortly after you will come to a T junction with a sign which points to Daisyburn Road. Turn left onto the bitumen and follow it along passing Bridle Track Road on your left.

The bitumen road will end and you will soon pass McGinty’s Lane on your right. “Daisyburn” Homestead is the next on your left. There is a sign at the front and a big white fence.
